Wound Table

  • The Success Level indicates which column of the Wound Table the player should consult.
  • The player then makes a Damage Roll using 2D6, adding together results along with any positive or negative modifiers, the result of which determines which row to use to find the number of wounds inflicted by the attack.
  • 1’s are not failures when making a Damage Roll.
  • If the final result would be less than 2, treat as 2. If the final result would be greater than 12 treat it as 12.

Alternate Wound Table

The following alternate Wound Table may also be used. The result is the same, but some people may find this a quicker and more convenient method to calculate the result of a Damage Roll.

  • The base damage is the Success Level of the Attack.
  • The player then rolls 2D6, adds the results together with any positive or negative modifiers, this final result on this table then modifies the number of wounds inflicted by the attack.
  • 1’s are not failures when making a Damage Roll.

Example: Example: Emsie Masaema manages to hit Ito Itsunagi for a Success Level 3 so her base damage is 3.
Rolling 3 & 5 and adding her Strength of +1, we see 9 on the damage chart adds +1 to the damage (Itsunagi wears no armour).
The total Damage is 4.
